I had a time critical load and unable to start truck. Called and spoke to Duane@Service Foreman. Had me try some quick fixes without suscess. Had it towed in. Within an hour of truck arriving at the shop, issue was being addressed by Repair Tech Adam(?). Within the next hour, the issue had been corrected without being hosed for more expensive (new starter) repairs. I was in and out and made my time sensitive delivery without noticeable delay. I called to check for the separator filter on a Volvo, when I asked is that the part #X they have, the part guy didn't want to disclose the part number, saying no it's a different #-that is getting ridiculous, choose another place cause they are acting like clowns. The part guy kept saying we have both in stuck, come look at them, really? I will drive 50 miles to look at what the after market filter looks like and what is the part#, No thanks, keep it there on your shelve...
