I recently had to tow my truck to CIT TRUCK because of a 5 MPH derate issue. Instead of providing fair and honest service, they took full advantage of the situation. Here’s what happened: 1. We had tow my truck to CIT truck due to a 5 MPH derate. They charged $240 per hour for labor and $1,392.32 just for diagnostics, which is already excessive. Best dealer experience ever! 5 stars out of 5 definitely. Friday morning the check engine light came on with derate timer at pickup, had 40 miles rolling to this dealer with level 2 of derate engine and luckily got there before it shut off. At 1 PM I received my truck back with replaced sensors, fixed recall, regeneration and testing done.
I stopped for some parts for work. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.
