I spoke with Samantha and Tim, their customer service was great and i would do business with them. They were able to find the problem on my semi and able to fix it. They also gave additional info on what to do !
Tim and Duane crews are great. Tim goes way out of his way to help out when in trouble
They got my 2026 KW in today quickly found out it was wiring issues got it repaired rather quickly, folks where super nice, pretty nice drivers room that overlooks the shop at least I know I am in good hands when things happen to the truck, keeping in mind they didn't build the truck they just got to repair what was done, Thanks for the great experience at CIT Rockford, Skip/Jon
