I called to leave a message for the doctor so the doctor can respond and the receptionist said my mom would have to make an appointment. Then I asked 'for one question?' Then she put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes. This is not the first time nor second time. This is such a disservice to the patients.

Maria Cisnero is the worse doctor ever. She doesn't care about your health and doesn't even try to help. She gives you attitude and doesn't treat her patients with respect. Her son is just like her. They both treat you unfairly and rude.

my wife when for a check up at 1 pm, at 3.10 pm she ask, staff told her that she has 6 patients ahead her.. dr cisnero and staff are morons,. no one should ever go there

Dr. Maria is an amazing Doctor it's her staff never understanding what you say I'm having one day surgery tomorrow The Nurse in admitting ST. Joseph's stated she called the Paterson office early this AM no one have gotten back to her as of yet 3:19 Dr. Maria is in the Elizabeth office today.... and their hold time on the phone is ridiculous called Elizabeth office asked the young lady three times what is here name now she's playing as if she do not understand me Michelle in the Elizabeth office is telling me I have the wrong... read more

She was my doctor, and when I did my appointment I was always told to be there early around 8 am but always left the place around 3 or 4 pm. Waited all day only to be seen for less than 10 minutes and she was always dismissive about any of my symptoms and never wanted to refer me to any specialists. Even simple things like a Sinus Infection I was supposed to figure it out by myself because she would say I’m ok and not sick. During COVID, this doctor does not follow COVID regulations. In the waiting area, there were 12 chairs and 10 were occupied.In that small space, 12 chairs shouldn't be allowed.Each chair was occupied and people moved them closer to each other and were not 6 feet apart. And we didn’t wait in the waiting area.The receptionist (after I insisted) called us on the phone when it was our turn.They had an appointment but we didn’t leave there until 3.5 hours after the appointment time.I feel bad for patients who can’t wait outside b... read more

The worst service ever. She was assigned to me by insurance. Waited over 6 hrs to be seen for a 10 minutes consult. The most rude staff ever , they dislike answering questions I am very ill and needed several referrals which they never gave them. Second time I went I waited 7 hrs, which I left without being seenbecause I had to go to work. Whatever she is doing is wrong. I called insurance several times to complain got my pcp changed

The doctor herself is great once you FINALLY get in to see her BUT the wait time is ridiculous which is why I decided to change primary care doctors. My wait time was 7 HOURS!!!!!!! They scheduled me for 1:30pm and I didn’t get seen till 7. Its inconsiderate especially for patients who suffer from illnesses which cannot be sitting for prolonged periods and who need to eat. TERRIBLE and youre lucky if they pickup the phone to schedule an appointment.
