The customer service is terrible, the sales person in the Lakeland office refused to provide a quote to my company. Look elsewhere for your conveyor needs.
Worst customer experience intro I’ve had. Emailed about a quote and explained the project. I was given an vague email that said basically said, “Thank you for your inquiry, we can’t help you at this time.” I’m not leaving a negative review because they said no. But because there was 0 communication as to why they could not help me. Just a vague email. I’m a bit baffled by the salesman who emailed me still to be honest.
The whole sales team at Cisco-Eagle works hard to fulfill their customer’s applications. They are always willing to participate in our equipment training. Melodi is great at distributing leads throughout the sales team. Scott has maintained a great partnership between the companies. Cameron was instrumental at getting our products listed on their website. Great Dealer of our equipment!
