We had been renting with CIS for over 5 years at our one bedroom apartment at 4555 Bond Street. Mike and Rod Taylor had been amazing to work with and very communicative. It has been a pleasure renting with them. And Drew is a great guy! He's very helpful and always answers his phone if we had any questions. Sadly we moved to a bigger home, but we left on great terms. I highly recommend CIS PROPERTIES!!

I rented an Apartment with CIS Investments for slightly longer than 2 years and it was a very pleasant experience. When it came to find the property, the realtor Drew gave me a shortlist of options that were perfect for what i was looking for. I found my ideal spot for a great price! Whenever a maintenance issue were to occur, CIS was extremely quick with a response and provided next day service! Would highly recommend if you are looking to find a comfortable home with great service and reliability!
