Called today with an AirSense 10 that would power up. Thought I would have to buy a new one and all that. Uriah was fabulous. Walked me right through fixing it myself. Personable, helpful, knowledgeable. So great to see this kind of service these days.
Twice I had to call CIS. The first time they pulled a miracle and got me covered. Melissa even stayed after closing to help. Today they were even better. Quick to answer and just as fast with options. During the whole conversation, you could hear over the phone that Melissa was really concerned for my problem.
