Twice I had to call CIS. The first time they pulled a miracle and got me covered. Melissa even stayed after closing to help. Today they were even better. Quick to answer and just as fast with options. During the whole conversation, you could hear over the phone that Melissa was really concerned for my problem. When you need their services, you will want to deal with CIS. Thank you CIS and Melissa.

Starting last week my bipap machine began to make a humming sound. I did not know where exactly to go and there was no repair companies in my area. So I was recommended by my equipment provider to come to Cryogenics. I’m so glad I did. Everyone was very nice and they got my machine back to brand new in about 30 minutes. For several nights I had experienced a loud, shrieking noise from my Bipap machine, preventing me from using it further. My sleep sources didn't seem to have an answer but referred me to CIS. This problem was solved by CIS' Cpap Manager Uriah Denney. He diagnosed my problem over the phone; then upon delivery to him, he fixed the machine in just a few minutes and explained the problem carefully to me.
