Called today with an AirSense 10 that would power up. Thought I would have to buy a new one and all that. Uriah was fabulous. Walked me right through fixing it myself. Personable, helpful, knowledgeable. So great to see this kind of service these days.
Twice I had to call CIS. The first time they pulled a miracle and got me covered. Melissa even stayed after closing to help. Today they were even better. Quick to answer and just as fast with options. During the whole conversation, you could hear over the phone that Melissa was really concerned for my problem. When you need their services, you will want to deal with CIS. Thank you CIS and Melissa.
Uriah was super friendly and knowledgeable. Take your Cpap machine to these guys. Amazing service.
Starting last week my bipap machine began to make a humming sound. I did not know where exactly to go and there was no repair companies in my area. So I was recommended by my equipment provider to come to Cryogenics. I’m so glad I did. Everyone was very nice and they got my machine back to brand new in about 30 minutes. They had it repaired the same day so I was not without my machine and the repair was reasonably priced. Thank you again for helping me out and fixing my machine.
