van r. lynch property manager came to my store and increase my rent 8 times more adn if i dont accept in 3 days i had to walk away , or he will keep my inventory and chgange the lock karma will get him
I'm handicap there are not any good thing say about Cirrus. I'm in Washington state. I'm still with out toilet last 2 months. What a bad journey.
I've left a review with the BBB as well. If you have any other options take it, do not trust this company! Wrote an email to them about the Trellis Apartments in Lake Highlands, no response. Filthy property, they give their employees no help so why would they care about their tenants. ONE maintenance person and ONE office manager, they really give zero cares.
Its been terrible getting someone to answer phone. Cant register or pay dues. Sent email to upper mgmt...zero response
It has been a couple of months since I moved out of this property and I have yet to receive a deposit refund. After a month, I spoke with the manager who informed me of the amount I would be receiving back and assured me the check had been sent to my forwarding address. After still not receiving it, I reached out and the manager stated she would look into the situation and get back to me. They have not returned any calls, voicemails, or emails.
