After living here for 5 years: the price of luxury without many of the benefits. An apartment building for first time Amazon employees new to Washington and not much else. The built in AC, gym, and proximity to downtown were nice but beyond that it was just really expensive. The plumbing was broken remarkably often resulting in no hot water. Updating my prior 5-star review: My partner and I have been living at Cirrus for the past 2 years and must say our experience started out great. However, over the past year there were elevator issues lasting over 4 months, the entire parking garage/bottom levels (dog wash/run) flooded, and there have been consistent jarring loud noises that wake us and our dog up at 3 AM most nights. We have recorded and delivered said noise to the leasing/regional management and have received nothing valuable in terms of actual solutions. I... read more
I’ve been a resident here for a few years and I couldn’t recommend it more. The community events, amenities, and location are fantastic. The team makes it feel like a real home! Isabella on the concierge team is someone who you look forward to seeing everyday, Misael is super reliable/efficient/and kind, and Kilee is extremely attentive, caring, and helpful. So grateful to have those 3 on the team. Thank you for all you do!
