I have lived here for a year — it’s been a huge disappointment: - Elevator D has been out for months, and the others break frequently as well. - Hot water shuts off randomly, with no warning. - The garage got flooded and lots of cars got totaled. - Rent increases by a ridiculous amount when you try to renew
Nice apartments and the leasing staff works diligently to keep things running smoothly. Mariana at the concierge desk has helped me numerous times and the maintenance team is quick and responsive.
Misail and the maintenance team make my day every time I see them in the building! They are so friendly and helpful to everyone around them and are quick with supporting residents.
Misael in maintenance is the best! He is quick to respond, friendly, and professional! He makes living here awesome!
