Maintenance staff is here amazing. Our washing machine broke, and we had maintenance come by the next available date (about a 1 business date wait) to check it out. The day after that, maintenance staff Ronnie came and removed the old washer unit + replaced it with a brand new one, all in just an hour! Updating my prior 5-star review: My partner and I have been living at Cirrus for the past 2 years and must say our experience started out great. However, over the past year there were elevator issues lasting over 4 months, the entire parking garage/bottom levels (dog wash/run) flooded, and there have been consistent jarring loud noises that wake us and our dog up at 3 AM most nights.
