They are extremely nice & they took my ring that was bent & completely worn out and fixed it and made it relook brand new. Completely satisfied �
Person who does the repair on jewelry does a excellent job, but frankly the owners need to improve there matters when comes to the customers.

I've had several rings re-sized, and one in particular ring completely re-shanked and band thickened. The owners and jeweler took special care to ensure my satisfaction and even came out to the floor to personally comment on the ring! I wouldn't buy jewelry from any mall store (Kay's, Jared's, etc) and never will. A jeweler is where it's at if you want a guaranteed warranty built in to the work done, and professionals who will continue to educate you on how to care for your jewelry! I just got home from picking up my engagement ring that I had redone at Cirelli's and all I can say is WOW!. Mark was so easy to work with and the best part is...he knows his customers and he knows what they like even before they tell him. Such a wonderful, kind family...you will not be disappointed by letting them take care of your jewelry needs.
