Tenant with them at one point. Their departments internally don't do a good job talking with each other, specifically A/R, finance, and property management. Received a bill a year later after they messed up billing/invoicing and ignored my emails that time in between after asking follow-up questions and out of nowhere just threatened legal action if I didn't pay this "unknown" amount lol. On-site management was pretty good though.
So you own Produce Row in Houston TX. You are nothing more than Investment Slum Lords! You charge these business rent, and on top of that charge truck drivers $26 to get the load though your gate. What a bunch of crooks!
