Great for first haircut We chose Circus Cuts for our son's first haircut. The stylist was very gentle and sweet with him. The waiting area is full of toys to keep the kids occupied. We were given a certificate and locket of our little guy's hair, and the price was reasonable. Circus Cuts is located on the Corner of Medlock Bridge Rd and State Bridge in the Regal Cinema plaza.
Made an Appointment....they were closed when we got there! I made an appointment for my daughter to get an "up-do" for her performance in a talent show as a special treat for all her hard work. I was told my appointment was with Rosa. When we arrive at 4:15 for our appointment the place was locked up and the closed sign was in the window! My daughter was very upset and crying. Best Place For Child's Haircut We have been taking our son to Circus Cuts for about a year now. When we tell our 2 yr. old that he is going for a haircut, he jumps up and down and shouts hooray!! He loves to play with the toys and he loves Ms. Mia. She takes time with each child and makes sure that you are happy with her cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
DO NOT GO THERE! OVERPRICED & INCONVENIENCED I took my child there several months ago due to its proximity to my home. Renee the Owner and Manager cut my daughter's hair. She did a good job, yet throughout the haircut she stopped several times to answer her cell phone and one time proceeded to talk to her husband for 15 minutes as she tried to hold the phone and cut hair. Every call was personal - her mother, her husband. The next month when I went back I set an appointment. She cancelled the appointment two different times ... read more
Great Cuts and Great Service My boy and girl twins have been going here for quite some time. All of the operators are capable and kind. Rarely do you hear children crying. They love playing in the circus car, watching the videos -- and getting stamps on their hands when they leave with their great haircuts. I appreciate that the manager and operators don't rush through the cuts, but take their time with each child. And, the price is right. Love that they offer appointments now. The Best Circus Cuts is the best place to take your children for haircuts, they have exceptional customer service, very clean and nice child friendly environment. Rosa was great, and very patient with my little one it was his first haircut. Ask for Rosa!!!!
Ms. Molly My son and I tried three different places before we came to circus cuts. He loved the motorcycle seats and never fussed at all. I liked not having to wait an hour for a two year old to get a hair cut. And very afordable.
Will not go there again! not accomodating at all, prejudiced i suppose. One Saturday, when my daughter really needed a haircut, I called & asked for an appointment with the manager ( i was recommended her by a friend) I was told they don't take appointments , when i asked what time of the day is less crowded ,so that we don't have to have wait too long.,no suggestion was given. Horrible expereince...will never go there again I made the mistake of taking my 3 year old daughter who has shoulder length curly hair to this salon for a simple trim...instead of walking out with my daughters perfect spiral curly hair cut a little neater, I walked out with hair sticking out the sides of her head, uneven cut in the back, and unasked layers in the middle.
