Honestly pretty surprised to be writing a positive review of a property management company, but I cannot recommend them enough. During the tour of my apartment (where my partner and I have lived for 6 months now) every question was answered by the property manager and every little concern I brought up about wear and tear (which there was very few, but still) was taken care of before I even moved in. Allyson who manages multiple properties for circum does not care about the residence. Upon moving in I was having issues with the digital link to sign the lease. I tried several times and it kept bumping me back to the first page which I kept signing over and over. I reached out to Allyson who told Her first of many lies, "By law you have to sign a digital lease, I can't give you a physical one." I am shocked at how well I have been treated by this company so far. Extremely responsive, very nice on the phone and have gone above and beyond the superficial level of their duties as leasing agents, the move in process was one of the best I have had in my life. The apartment I moved into was beautifully cleaned, and for it being so old has been maintained very well. Thank you for treating me like a human being, I hope this continues for the rest of my stay here in Portland.
No amenities and my storage unit was broken into. Location was great at one time but, neighborhood is going down hill. You'd be better off leasing somewhere else.
