Our heater was blowing only cool air. I called Felipe at11:30 in the morning. He arrived before 4 PM, diagnosed a faulty control board, determined it was under warranty, drove off to get a replacement, came back and replaced it by 5:15!
I never got called to approve the cost of repairs. Just a several hundred dollar bill the next day.
