⸻ I had my vehicle repaired through ICBC after a hit and run (I was found not at fault and we had dashcam footage). I took my car to Circuit Collision & Auto Glass in Coquitlam. They provided me with a black Hyundai as a temporary rental vehicle. It was rainy when I picked up the rental, and the inspection process felt rushed. Owner manager very rude and unprofessional in dealing with clients. Heard him being rude to his employees who were trying to help clients. Took over a month to book me in and courtesy cars do not have GPS. Finally had to take my car to another body shop.
Avoid this bodyshop!! There is no quality control. This place is not to bring your car to get fixed. I brought my vehicle here after collision based on their dealership recommendation. And the experience was very disappointing. I was try to talk to my issue with Tony Impellezzeri he refused to take responsibility. What happened was on my front of my bumper the moulding was scratched and the Tony saying to me it’s not related, i told them that, it was related.
