0 stars. Please avoid this place. I beg anyone to stay away from here. Some staff are good, but the rest do not care about you. This place needs to be shut down and investigated.
The worst place I have ever chose to work at as a provider. In my opinion the facility and operations need a complete overhaul.
TLDR: Staff is unnecessarily obtuse, do not come to this place. Listen to the other reviews. Find somewhere else to go, please, for both your sanity and your mental health. Spoke to the staff to try to figure out what process I would need to go through to pick up a family member. Refused to answer any question. I understand there's confidentiality laws in mental health (currently in my Masters program to be a clinical mental health counselor), but nothing I asked was breaking confidentiality. Nurse practitioner told me I’m not depressed and I was only self harming for attention don’t get the medicine I need and she told me I only need therapy when I’ve been in therapy my whole life and it never helped
