We cannot say enough positive about our experience with Circle Solutions. Going into a kitchen remodel we were excited and dreading it at the same time. The experience with Circle Solutions was top notch! Their communication was fantastic and they kept us posted every step of the way. All the trades they brought in were also top notch and we cannot be happier with the finished product! We HIGHLY recommend them for your next project!
Circle Solutions did a great job on a portico addition at the front door of my house. We had a huge problem with weather exposure on the front door, and Circle Solutions took our ask and inspiration and built something that looked like it's been part of the house since day 1 and will last as long as the house. They also helped us improve lighting in the entryway at the same time. Charlie, our sales rep/PM, was wonderful to work with! Great communication, very professional, and kept the job on track.
Circle Solutions did an outstanding and efficient first floor home remodel for us covering a kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. While Charlie's an attentive and helpful account rep, Circle Solutions falls short of quality. Even with a 1yr warranty the shower floor continues to degrade, and this is after they damaged my tile in attempt to re-grout. Grout chips continue to show up 2mos after. Included also is example of tile/coping to shower cubbie (no water saw used?) and uneven grouting after badly-measured cut.
Strong craftsman with attention to detail (structural safety and aesthetics). Weekly scaled payments based on completion super helpful.
