I encourage you to never hire Matthew Zelenok. He was the listing agent for the home I just purchased and could not have been less helpful or more rude to myself and my agent (my agent has nothing to do with this review but I highly dislike disrespectful conduct). I reached out about a home for sale and Matthew responded to me with a rude text message saying, “Per MLS - since youre having difficulty reading - 24 hour notice” I was flabbergasted because I was asking to schedule a viewing with him and for him to be our selling agent.
