We've been using Circle Point for about 2.5 years now and they have exceeded our expectations. First: the best monthly residential Property Mgmt rate we've ever seen. Second: they truly take care of everything end-to-end...finding new tenants, making repairs, collecting rent, keeping your home well maintained, etc. We feel very comfortable having our rental home in their hands. Nick is super responsive, so we never feel we have to chase for answers. Highly recommend for your property management needs!

We have availed the services of Circle Point since 2012 in managing our properties. They have managed our properties since then and it has been more than 13 years. Times did fly now that I think of it. Their services have been excellent. They have been able to get tenants almost all the time during this tenure, and they have ensured the tenants kept the property reasonable clean and in working condition.
