Circle Point Homes manages my 7-Unit HOA complex and they are terrible. The people who work there are ok, but the owner / manager is the worst. Definitely look for HOA management services with a more professional modern and mainstream company.
All Thomas does is ignore emails and lie
These people suck on every possible level. They are willing to illegally charge you. They make frequent errors. Their staff are terrible and incompetent. If you run across a property manager named Trish - stay away. She is insufferable.
Say NO!! I bought into my complex 3 years ago and by a few months in - I was behind on HOA dues because he never reached to tell me how to pay. I had to ask another owner. 2 years in - there was never a Owner/Board meeting. I had to email aggressively to ask for one. (Yes, we were in pandemic BUT Zoom).
