As an owner of property for rent that Circle Point Homes manages, I am impressed with their performance of services: setting up the rental contracts, screening of renters, and maintenance of the building and grounds. Their property management is a great value.
We have availed the services of Circle Point since 2012 in managing our properties. They have managed our properties since then and it has been more than 13 years. Times did fly now that I think of it. Their services have been excellent. They have been able to get tenants almost all the time during this tenure, and they have ensured the tenants kept the property reasonable clean and in working condition. I have been with Circle Point for over 13 years. Their service is outstanding. Nick is great at communicating and have been upfront and honest with me. No other company I would entrust my rentals with. I highly recommend them.
