They always answered their phone when I called and were always so helpful. They answered millions of my questions and provided so much information about the history of the building when I was preparing to buy a condo. After moving in, they responded to requests and had it resolved within 24-48 hours. My condo building sadly changed HOA companies, and the same request that Circle Point Homes was able to resolve within 1-2 days (adding my name to the call box) has taken over 5 weeks with the new company to add my partners name... read more
Thomas and Jacob are a great team. Thomas is very knowledgable about HOA laws which has been very helpful. Thomas has decades of experience managing big and small communities. His building maintence advice has been important due to weather-related issues (storms) which caused leaking. Jacob is quick to respond to questions which need immediate responses. Good job Circle Point Homes!
Got the problem, payment, fixed. I don’t have really good information on what they do; just that they do the finances for our HOA and collect our payments. It feels expensive but I don’t have a lot of experience with this. Do your research and ask lots of questions. Sometimes one needs to try a company, figure out what questions arise, then look around for other businesses that do the same work and then choose another company to work with. These types of businesses are supposed to solve a problem, aka take care of its client... read more
