Ryan gave me great service at the best price, and gave me the fix for my gas boiler that I was looking for, and not an expensive replacement. When one of the 4 parts he replaced malfunctioned, Ed came by with a prompt fix. It took a little while to get back to me for the original estimate, but that's understandable in today's labor market. Highly recommend Circle.
When our boiler broke down, they were the only ones who could make it in a timely fashion. When the guy came out, he diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it quickly. Could not be happier with the service.
Less than impressed with this company. Driver couldn't find the place initially, needed directions after making a wrong turn enroute. This counted on my "Travel Time". Also, after leaving the yard, he asked the extent of the problem had to turn around and get more tools/equipment specific to the problem. After arrival and inspection, he sent me out for an additional fitting that he didn't have in his truck. Not very happy with this company. Had them do a yearly maintenance, the first tech was good got charged a resonable price from which I was quoted. I left to let the tech finish, when I got home my upstairs heat didn't work, which worked before I called them. I called them to let them know that my upstairs was not working, they couldn't get me in until several days later.. The new tech called me said he was running early and he can come over. I told him I would be home in 15 minutes. I had to leave work got home within 15 min... read more
