They sent a caregiver out to my Dad's to care for his wife while he ran errands. When he got home one hour earlier than he told the caregiver that he would be, she was gone. Not only had she left my stepmom who has dimentia, alone, but she left a mess in the bathroom of incontinent stuff, a welt on her bottom, and a diamond ring is missing. The company is defending this employee, but a police report is being filed.
Excellent care for both clients and caregivers...
I have never worked for a kinder group of people. Caregivers and clients.
Circle of Life Caregiver Co-operative is a great and reliable Home Care organization! The caregiver's are highly trained and very friendly. Everyone I have recommended COL service's to have be very satisfied!
