I have been going to Circle of Friends for about 2 years. I have always had the owner, Lisa cut and color my hair. I have asked for the DevaCurl cut and only had my roots colored. One time she colored my roots ORANGE! I called they got me in the next day and fixed it. I figured everyone has an off day once in a while. I noticed that my hair was getting dark and told Lisa that I wanted it lighter and highlights added. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, medium brown with lighter brown highlights.
