Worst company!!! Do you guys expect your field psw to fly? Do you guys not check the travel time before you assign client? No wonder people cant stay long in your company. While you guys sit and relax, the fields are out there struggling. Please fix your scheduling and ensure timings are accurate!!! Most of all, go a notice ahead of time!!! Dont just assigned whrnever you want. Worst company!!!

If you are a psw , i dont recommend this company. They are worst in terms of managing employees. They schedule anytime in the day without prior notice. You would be shock that even after you finish all the clients you had in the list, then suddenly another one is assigned at a later time. Also, they dont realize that some of their fields doesnt have car and give to much plenty of time and then just assign one near your their end of shift. The job of a PSW is already physically and emotionally demanding. In these moments, you should be able to rely on the agency and case workers, but too often their responses are unhelpful and sometimes rude when concerns are raised. Scheduling and communication are also a serious issue. I have found that without exception the people I've had contact with are professional, knowledgeable and caring. That includes not only for the Circle of Care clients, but also their families. Not to forget to include the shuttle bus drivers and their assistants.
