Several months ago you asked for a donation. Although I wanted to, I did not give because you were going to send the receipt on the computer, and that is no good to me. If you are able to send me a receipt made of paper by mail, I want to participate. I am very grateful for the PSWs and the way they help. I appreciate their sunny disposition and often tell them so. I am and would be furthermore even more grateful for any decent phone service from staff who actually have either good listening and communication skills......PLEASE! I've called so many time yet no one there seems to speak to relay information given within their staff. I called to say there's a death in our family that I would be away for shiva so please don't send any PSW's for the week. I had my first session with a bereavement/ grief specialist today from Circle of Care. I just want to say wow, they put me right at ease, I felt so safe, heard and validated. They were genuinely interested in hearing my story, and those of my loved ones I have lost. I am looking forward to my healing journey with Circle of Care.
