If I can give 0 star. I will give the company 0 . There is no love in the company. Their driver drove very recklessly on the road. He hit my car in the parking lot and ran away. There were children in the car at the time. I can't imagine how such a lack of public morality and selfish behavior can be of good help to the elderly.
This comlany is a total sham ,never a week goes by without the worker cancellation,sick leave or sometimes no one is assigned for the designated time schedule. Tried calling and communicating with the management but they are the worst. The assistant manager is completely disrespectful anf keep telling us they can't do their job. the coordinater herself is always on vacation and always promise to fix it if you're lucky to get ahold of her after calling 100x. Communication is awful. Only 2 out of all our psw's actually communicate what is going on and to let us know that they might be late. The office on the other hand is horrible trying to get intouch with them no one calls you back nor let you know what the schedules are so it can be worked around. When you have a problem the office and coordinator don't even bother letting you know if they fixed a problem you have. The amount of time I spend on the phone to make sure we have a psw for my grandmother is unacceptable.
