I had my first session with a bereavement/ grief specialist today from Circle of Care. I just want to say wow, they put me right at ease, I felt so safe, heard and validated. They were genuinely interested in hearing my story, and those of my loved ones I have lost. I am looking forward to my healing journey with Circle of Care.
Management is extremely uncooperative. They are hard to reach, unresponsive and occasionally rude. Service is formal and don't meet needs of elderly clients. Iride has the same issues as it is unreliable and unreachable.
I am taking the fall prevention classes it has made a huge difference in my life.
Circle of Care exercise program very good with Ali, twice a week in our Condo. He makes the class fun while giving us a good work out. Thank you.
