I've received excellent care from one of their providers (Mae Carmela Altavas, RN). I was behind on my testing. She got me on track with referrals and analysis of blood work, dermatology, colonoscopy etc. Professional, personable and really helpful getting my health in order. If you need a good teledoctor, my experience has been nothing but great.
An incredible waste of time and money. They have the worst app in the world and require everything be done through the app. I was supposed to have my records reviewed by a medical doctor but it was done by a nurse She could not even pronounce one of the medications I took periodically. They charged me $120 for a 7 Minute meeting on their app. Do not use!!!
Said they accepted my insurance, informed me they don't after the cancelation deadline, charged me a cancelation fee, then support claims my insurance was actually valid so they can't undo the charge. Having the charge reversed at my bank, recommend anyone in a similar situation do the same. Garbage "provider" that is clearly a fee mill and not in the business of providing actual medical care.
If i could rate this place/app 0 stars I would. The app itself is horrible and the support team takes FOREVER to respond. They charged me $100 for an appointment that should have been covered under my insurance. 6 months later, they send me an email saying they're refunding me. No details as to what is being refunded, why, or where I will receive the refund. This place is a scam. They never processed a claim through my insurance, and billed me directly instead. When I disputed the charge, they immediately went to my insurance and got paid, but now they're still billing me even though my insurance says I don't owe them anything. TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY.
