Very thorough and professional
The only reason they get 2 stars is because they are friendly and communicative. I just had my brakes done- full replace pads front and back, refinished rotors on front and replaced rotors on back. They charge per the book on hours- even if it only took them 20min, they’re charging 2hrs. They also double dip- they’ll charge the labor twice even though they’ve already got it pulled apart.
