Quality of the touchless car wash has become really poor after they changed the equipment to enable the soft cloth option. The cycle time almost doubled as well, so the wait times are twice as long as before if there's a lineup. After coming here for 15 years, I'll go elsewhere for car washes from now on.
Horrible, Horrible! Do not buy their monthly car wash pass. Certain time of the day and month, they deliberately put a safety cone in the middle of the car wash indicating that it is broken which in fact is not. It's only operational during peak time to avoid too many people use it.
