Closed from 4 days straight. What’s the point of building a car wash and selling subscriptions for it if you can’t keep it operating. Worst service. Will never buy a circle k wash again. Two locations in this city and not a single one operating.
Worst service ever. Total waste of money. Don’t take a membership from them. They always have excuses — “temperature issue,” “machine not working,” “need a new brush.” Every single time, some new problem. I took the membership, and it works maximum 5 days in a whole month. That’s it. No proper service, no accountability. Completely useless membership and a total waste of money. I regret taking it and would never recommend this place to anyone.
Car wash is ALWAYS broken. and they wont give you a ticket to use it again even though I paid through the app. Complete Scam. Update: I have reached out to your customer service before and they wont do anything about it. If your organization would really want to fix the problem - you can reach out to me.
The touch free wash did not clean the hood on my car.
Closed always than open. When ever open it's a big queue. Takes an hour to get into. If there was an option to give Zero rating I would have given that.
