Avoid at any cost, I received multiple damages on my new car with numerous scratches across the paint. Tried to file a complaint but the process was such a waste of time. Jill Desrosiers was in charge of my claim and she quickly dismissed my entire claim. Throughout the process, she did not once ask for any additional information. Damaged my car across numerous places and customer service is pure b.s. Takes forever and then declines your claim and the people I dealt with have no sense of respect. Invest elsewhere, pure waste of money.

Unfortunately, my experience with this Circle K car wash has been consistently disappointing. I have attempted to use this car wash multiple times in the evening, and the service is very unreliable. On many occasions, the machine has been out of order, or the entrance has been physically blocked off, making it impossible to use. In some cases, around 9–10 PM, the car wash is closed without clear signage or explanation, with only a cone or bucket placed in front. This is my go to place for car wash hundred times better than Petro Canada in terms of pricing and in terms of quality of car wash
