As a father of a child on the spectrum, I am deeply disappointed and honestly disheartened by this company’s lack of professionalism and care. My fiancé experienced a sudden and unexplained removal from a case she was working on as a RBT with absolutely no notice, no conversation, and no regard for the progress that was being made. My son has been attending Circle Care for approximately two months, and I have seen significant improvement in both his behavior and overall progress. His therapist, Raven, is doing an amazing job working with him. She is very understanding, attentive, patient, and highly supportive. In addition, although my other children are not enrolled in the program, Raven makes an effort to engage with them as well, which means a great deal to our family.
