Love my gel nails! Katie always does an amazing job!
Unsatisfied customer - made an appointment just to wait 40 minutes in cool water (when I asked for hot). Not even a nail palate to look at. No check-in, is everything ok? or how are you doing? Just rushing customers through like IN & OUT but nowhere near the level of service. No apologies for the long wait. No thank you for waiting.Walk- ins got in and out faster than I did. Not to mention the services were not provided as detailed on the list of services. Horrific experience!!
