When I used CIRCA, they found a decent amount of apartments that met my criteria. However, none of them so appealed to me so I found an apartment separate from the agency. However, they still charged me for the month’s rent stating that their services caused it. I would recommend not using this agency and finding your own apartment separate. If you do use them, caveat emptor and beware.
