Lisa Yambra helped me find a great property and location for my new home. Knowing that I had a limited amount of time, Lisa previewed every property and narrowed down my search to several great options.. She is a great listener and she delivers. She is loyal, trustworthy and a hard worker. I highly recommend Lisa Yambra at Circa Real Estate. She is willing to go the extra mile to for her customers. She is a lifesaver!

Lisa Yambra recently helped me locate an ideal apartment for my next home inside the loop. She was knowledgeable, responsive and proved to be a skillful negotiator. Most importantly though, she listened to both my wants and needs. Not only did she help me locate the perfect apartment, but she made the process fun and stress free. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone seeking to purchase or rent a new home in Houston, TX.

Lisa Yambra helped us with the purchase of an investment home and I can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive she was throughout the whole process! She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions almost immediately whether by text or email or phone! She did such a great job we are now using her services to help with a sale! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase or sale a Property.

Circa Real Estate, and especially Realtor Lisa Yambra, helped land me in my first home a few years ago. Lisa took incredible care of me, as I was a fairly nervous homebuyer; she walked me through all the steps, helped me locate an incredible lender, and then, when my dad died 3 days after my closing, made sure that my movers were scheduled, that a quirk in my flood insurance quote was fixed (saving me $2500), and everything else I needed. Highly recommend Circa (and ask for Lisa!).

Ana helped me and my husband find us a rental home and she was amazing!! My husband and I are kinda picky and in this market that took a lot of patience. She was determined to fine the perfect place for us WHICH SHE DID! She also shows up with the best attitude and is very honest. If I ever hear the need for finding a home she’s the first one to come to mind. Will be recommending her to everyone I can. Enjoyed my experience and she made it simple for my husband and I. Thanks Ana
