Mary Waseef is an excellent broker & an industry expert in The Heights market. She is a master of selling strategies & negotiating offers. Her advice for prepping our home to maximize the sales price was spot on. Likewise for interpreting appropriate comps. She's timely, pleasant & easy to work with. Our sale got pretty complicated, but she navigated multiple offers & subsequent issues & guided us to the best deal. We highly recommend her.

We went to an open house agent explained that the asking price was $$$$ she was rudly explaing at the open house to us how many offer she already has while the day before she said she will not accept any offer until the 2 hours open house which she plan to do next day is finished She wxplained again that after receiving all offer they will go back and ask for best and final offer, our OFFER WAS ACCEPTED, the next day at the BANK , while signing theclosing documents, she Declined the offer.
