All the staff was great. The upkeep with the entire property is like no other. We’ll miss living here!
We’ve had a great experience living at Circa 2020 so far. Yadira and Victoria have been especially helpful, always prompt in answering our questions and very accommodating whenever issues with the apartment have come up. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really make a difference in making this community feel welcoming and well run.

My experience at Circa 2020 has been defined by repeated misinformation and a long history of staff citing made-up policies that don’t appear anywhere in the lease. When I was applying to a sister property, The Standard, I was told by Circa 2020 management that if I used the rent-responsible clause in my current lease — which is a completely valid and written lease option — my application would be denied.
