We have purchase over 10 houses in our life but never been more upset with Realtor like CLAUDETTE COUTTS , she have extremely bad attitude, she try to manipulate you with different ways (one them pushing you and faking she have other offers on her listing) , she was always from first day until last day (RUDE) , cant even believe how she is in business !!! Please be aware to future clients she may have so they don't waste their time with her !!!
We had a very disappointing experience with realtor - Helen West. We had a showing scheduled for 3:45 PM and arrived at that exact time, but spent a few minutes trying to locate the unit as we had never been there before. By the time we got to the door, it was 3:55 PM — only 10 minutes late. The agent had already left at 3:48 PM without waiting or notifying us.
