I’m leaving this review based on my experience working with broker Robert Le Bosquain at CIR Realty. I was promised a 7% commission rate, which was a major factor in moving forward, but this was not honored at closing. Even if the agreement was verbal, I believe professionalism means standing by your word. The lack of clarity and follow-through was disappointing. Really terrible public behavior by a Realtor who works for CIR. Apparently if you're in a union or a teacher, or if you support public schools you should avoid this Realtor as he doesn't respect you and doesn't want your money. Shop elsewhere, there are plenty of realtors around.

We have purchase over 10 houses in our life but never been more upset with Realtor like CLAUDETTE COUTTS , she have extremely bad attitude, she try to manipulate you with different ways (one them pushing you and faking she have other offers on her listing) , she was always from first day until last day (RUDE) , cant even believe how she is in business !!! Please be aware to future clients she may have so they don't waste their time with her !!!
