Ciproms I still can’t believe it’s gone one of the best medical billing companies in the world for probably close to 50 years
Scammers mentality. Kimberly Carr in Indiana is the least helpful person in trying to resolve a billing issue. Very accusatory and multiple times “I don’t know how long it will take” to get my money back (it’s been almost 4 months), though there was a clear error on their end. Terrible customer service. I will continue to reach out to my provider to drop this billing company. HORRIBLE.
