I love cipollina and go often. I think the food is outstanding. The service, on the other hand, has been adequate at best to deplorable at worst. To have a waiter tell you that he doesn't know wine because he usually works early and has no desire to learn what he doesn't need to know is unacceptable.

Awesome service as usual. Kitchen is always consistent.
We were there on a late Sunday evening when there were not many people in the restaurant; good food - crappy service. Next time we'll try sitting at the bar.
