I received an EOB from ******** saying Cipher Global had billed them for a Covid test they supposedly had done on my husband. Only thing ismy husband passed away in January of 2022. So glad ******** denied it. I was thinking of calling **** but after reading these other reviews, *** decided not to. They shouldnt even get ONE star!**** Will get what they deserve.

This company scams ******** for covid test no one took. The address they give is of a private residence, not the one given for their address on BBB. It needs to be investigated for fraud.

My father died two years ago but this lab has recently submitted COVID testing charges to ******** twice. I've tried several times, but they do not answer their phone and their voice mail box is full.

I would give negative stars if I could. This company is fraudulently billing ******** thousands of dollars for covid tests that it never sends and ******** employees are too lazy to just check that phone number and addresses are fake. I submitted a fraud claim to the *** Attorney General for investigation. WATCH YOUR EOB's! This boil on the **** of life needs to go to jail!

I received an explanation of ******** benefits showing Cipher attempted to charge my mother's ******** ID for a covid test in April of 2023. She passed away from Covid in May of 2020. No one to answer the phone to explain why they had to open this wound again.With no explanation as to how they even received my mother's ******** ID, I have to believe the group is a scam.

Cipher Global filed two claims against my ******************* and ******** paid the claim for $120 each. These covid tests, I did not order and did NOT want. They are charging my ******** for something I did not want and did not receive. This company needs to be stopped. I called ******** to report the problem, and requested that no further charges from this company be paid by ********.

Cipher labs is a scam. I was sent tests I never ordered and somehow got my ******** number and charged it. I never ordered anything and I definitely did not give them my number. I reported them to the Pandemic Fraud hotline.

Cipher Global LLC filed a claim against my husband's ******** account. We have never heard of Cipher, never ordered any COVID test kits and did not receive any test kits, yet they charged my husband's ******** account for $120 in March and apparently there's another claim coming through in April that we haven't received the ******** Summary Notice for. I called ******** today and notified them of the fraudulent activity and they took the info for both claims. We have no idea how they got my husband's info, as he never gives ... read more
