Work for cip for 13 years company has continued to go downhill there are very few people that work there right now that enjoy their work several double standards no one takes responsibility for their own mistakes just a poorly managed facility always blame someone else and never and i repeat " never" was an attempt made to improve rush the product out to get paid that is the true "process" at cip it is a shame the way people get treated in this company my suggestion would be if your looking for a career pass this employer up
