When I called to schedule an appointment, it was 2:30 and I was offered one for 3:30 that day which I took. I arrived at 3:20 with the paperwork all filled out and was taken back about 3:45. The Doctor did not come into the room to see me until approximately 4:20. My comment is that if whoever made the 3:30 appointment knew the Doctor was running behind, something could have been said and another option given.
