Stopped in as I live in the area and noticed a coolant leak on my 2023 Subaru Forester (dealership I bought the car from was too far away). Got a loaner the same day and updates from the technicians. Despite the car only having 30K miles, it ended up having faulty head gaskets. Ciocca contacted me about the issues, dealt with corporate Subaru to file for replacement under warranty, ordered the parts and had everything fixed in a month and a half. Had a great experience overall with Ciocca Subaru! Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable with getting my vehicle serviced. Great communication and a smooth experience. The dealership is in an awkward location but once you’re there they have an amazing free shuttle to take you home. Megan graciously arranged the shuttle to pick me up to bring me to the dealership when my car was ready. 10/10 service all altogether! I also was helped by Glenn for another service and he was also amazing!
Fantastic outfit, lucky to have them nearby for my Subaru service.
