Had a great experience overall with Ciocca Subaru! Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable with getting my vehicle serviced. Great communication and a smooth experience. The dealership is in an awkward location but once you’re there they have an amazing free shuttle to take you home. Megan graciously arranged the shuttle to pick me up to bring me to the dealership when my car was ready. 10/10 service all altogether! I also was helped by Glenn for another service and he was also amazing!

I had an excellent experience at Ciocca Subaru! I brought my car in for an oil change and service, and Elijah did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything cleared . I really appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Elijah and the team at Ciocca Subaru!
Antonio provided timely updates on the progress of my visit for auto inspection and emissions. He also showed me the waiting area as well as the snacks. It was a great experience overall.
