I had a great experience at Ciocca Subaru. My sales consultant, Will, was excellent. He listened to what I needed for a vehicle. The rest of the team in Finance and Delivery were excellent, also. It was a very positive experience for me.
This dealership is currently withholding thousands of dollars from us after we cancelled their extended warranty. They ignore our calls asking them about our refund. We have been given a run around about for 6 months. Don’t give them your business they’ll do everything they can to fool you into spending more money and they can’t be trusted to operate in good faith when it comes to refunds.
