I want to thank Matt Buller for locating the beautiful 2027 Honda HR-V for me. I was looking for a specific color and he had one delivered immediately from one of their other dealerships. Matt was great to work with and thoroughly explained all of the new features that I never used before. Paperwork went smoothly. And, big plus,,,,no pressure. How nice is that. This review is specifically for Roy, Gabi, and Tom on 8/13. They were very kind and willing to review an issue with my car after their standard work hours becuase I was very concerned and just showed up after close becuase I couldn’t get there any faster. After they reviewed my vehicle, Tom took his time to explain to me what they found and create a plan of action. I am very grateful and hope their managers see this.

HORRIBLE service department. Do not see Haley Christianson. She will overcharge you, unnecessarily. Quote over $250 for an alignment on a front wheel drive, when the website shows it is $150. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST (literally)
