Had my car break down while on a solo road trip. Had the car towed to the dealership after a local garage was unable to work on it. The dealership told me the car was not drivable as the wiring harness had been chewed through (suggest rodent damage, and an irregular malfunction to a Honda pilot). I had to get a rental, drive home and then have several weeks of figuring out what to do. This place is leeching money! I was there for my brake change and went home with another issue in my car. Came back to the Ciocca place they told me I’ve a rotator issue! They should have told me that I’ve a rotator problem and the brake change at the same! Please go somewhere else to save your $$$$
Ciocca Honda is definitely a good to for all your car needs if your looking to purchase a vehicle. My son bought a 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition and a week later I came in and was able to trade in my vehicle for a 2026 Honda HRV. My sales person Austin Blakely was very knowledgeable and attentive when it came to getting a car with all the features I wanted. From heated leather seats to a sunroof and of course 4 wheel drive. Don’t come to this place unless you want to be scammed. These guys are aggressive salesman that do not care for the consumers needs all they care about is the commission and payout they’ll receive. Got a quote for almost a $4000 third party warranty with the worst reviews and reputation in the auto warranty industry. When I was ready to walk away they magically was able to drop it to $3100 among other outlandish dealerships fees. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this place they do not operate their business with integrity. I’ve never been to a Honda dealership that promotes and recommends everything but Honda! These people will markup your interest rates, markup warranty prices and other fees to milk you for as much as they can. They get offended when you ask the right questions and you know more than you should. Also they will run your credit and refuse to give you copies of the approvals.
