Stole my money
Absolutely terrible realtor. Extremely rude and condescending. I would avoid this realtor at all costs. Literally anyone else would be better then her.
She does not know how to deal with fellow agents in a transaction, cuts people off when speaking and doesn't listen to the agent on the other side, hope her clients get to know how she deals with the agents, very unprofessional and rude, very hard to work with
Cintia de Aguiar and the companies she works with operate in a predatory manner, trapping people who are either too poor, too desperate, too inexperienced, or too afraid to assert their rights. It is unclear whether she knows residential tenancy law in Ontario or if she simply doesn’t care. Do not do business with her or you will be left to sort out exhausting problems with an uncooperative and hostile agent. Expect threats and intense volatility if disputes do come up.
This realtor also owns properties with partners in the Toronto area she rents out. She adds things into rental agreements that are illegal in Ontario rental laws. When you question her she makes threats to cancel agreements or refuses turn over keys. She is holding renters hostage in the ridiculous Toronto rental market and taking advantage of the fact it would take months to get a date with the tenancy board to resolve.
