Terrible company, big promises no delivery. We swith to Cintas 6 months ago, probably twice we had the delivery we asked. They are taking on too many accounts and can't even taking care of the one they have. Called 4 times,no managers have called back. I will not suggest to switch to Cintas even if the pricing seems good, the service is horrible. Restaurants don't have time to call 2, 3 times a.week to complain. Never work with such horrible company in w0 years.
We were expecting a better service from such company. Some of the delivered items did not have the quality we desired and no effort was done provide alternatives or match the quality we needed. The contract lacked Transparency and had hidden clauses, there was lack of clear communication. 3. Customer support was somehow responsive but not efficient. It wasint a good experience.
