The other reviews DID NOT LIE, it is a huge SCAM unfortunately! The sale reps keep nagging and offering great services and prices but when you sign on they hide the fact that it is a 5 year contract which you cannot find anywhere in the agreement until you ask your account manager with 5+ emails. They later increased their prices without letting us know and their only way of informing their customers was by a small text at the bottom of the invoice you get with your delivery.
