By far, the worst experience I've had with a service provider, ever, within our last twenty years in business. I have called a dozen times, have left at least four online requests to be contacted and issue be resolved. Issues have not been resolved and they continue to send bills that are inaccurate. There was supposed to be an installation of cleaning product dispensers. We've been at this location for 2 months, still nothing.
Please be careful of this company. They hike prices without your consent and multiple times. They withdraw payments from your accounts without authorisation and never seem to care about customer concerns. It's a hassle dealing with them as they always say yes to everything on your face and go ahead and do whatever they wish to do. Horrible customer service where people just argue and try to defend the scam they have been carrying out. Please be aware and check every invoice.
Terrible company, big promises no delivery. We swith to Cintas 6 months ago, probably twice we had the delivery we asked. They are taking on too many accounts and can't even taking care of the one they have. Called 4 times,no managers have called back. I will not suggest to switch to Cintas even if the pricing seems good, the service is horrible. Restaurants don't have time to call 2, 3 times a.week to complain. Never work with such horrible company in w0 years.
