This company is a complete joke and they must believe that their customers are fools. Our contract is due to expire 11/30/25 weeks submitted our certified letter of cancellation back in July well in advance of their requested time frame. It is currently 11/24/25 and after telling us that they received our cancellation notice they are now telling us that we extended our contract.??.?.?. They lied bout the contract it's not month to month is 5 year prices keep changing every day.
They increased the price after 3 months of me starting the service I called to cancel they told me I have 5 year contract with them when their sales agent for the region in Royse City tx told me it was month to month same what I had in michigan for 10 years Nathan is a lier dont trust him read your contract before you sign it these people are crooks.I trusted Nathan and I got cheated.
I contacted them to cancel the service since they kept increased the price without notice on July 3rd with several reps since nobody called me back. And after that finally I got the phone call from sales man and he said he could decrease the price as half to not lose me, but i refused it and we clarified July 15th is the last service.
