1 Star – Repeated Failures, Damaged Product, and No Accountability We signed a 36‑month uniform rental contract with Cintas in October 2025 for our business in DFW area. By December, they were already failing to deliver uniforms as promised: 50% of the order was wrong because their team ordered styles of uniforms we did not ask for. Months later, we still did not have all of the uniforms we ordered, and some of the ones we did get were damaged or unacceptable. Horrible service. Andrew Moore does not keep his word and once he gets you signed up he will no longer provide any assistance. Worst experience we have ever had with uniform service. It’s been 3 months and we still do not have all our employees uniforms 100%.
This company is a complete joke and they must believe that their customers are fools. Our contract is due to expire 11/30/25 weeks submitted our certified letter of cancellation back in July well in advance of their requested time frame. It is currently 11/24/25 and after telling us that they received our cancellation notice they are now telling us that we extended our contract.??.?.?.
