Grant is reliable and very professional and courteous. He's always has a smile and he kept us informed during the holidays. Give him a raise.
This company is suing us after repeatedly not showing up to complete services laid out in the contract. Signatures of our employees were forged repeatedly. We are a small family owned company and it is truly a tragedy that they would be so unethical.
Do not sign with this company. They will not show up for service, forge your employees signature and sue you for not paying. The experience with them has been taxing. We do not mind paying for services rendered, but this company is highly unethical and not willing to make things right. They just point to your signature on the contract and say you MUST pay regardless if they perform services.
Having partnered with Cintas Corporation since 2021, it is with deep regret and frustration that I pen this review. My business is suffering from financial hardships, and instead of understanding and flexibility, we have been met with rigidity and further financial burdens.
