They've lost my trust. I own an automotive repair facility and signed up for their first aid kit services. I've been looking through my invoices and found several items added to our first aid kit that I did not approve, and at prices that are outrageous. Off-brand cough drops for $8.31, Off-brand anti-acid tabs for $8.95, Lens wipes for $8.31, etc. When I asked the agent about it, she stated: "my job is to keep you OSHA compliant, that's all I'm trying to do." I would not recommned using this company, not only did they over charge us, all we did was watch a video while they sat and texted on their phones, but we work for a childcare center and just found out our CPR is not even valid, because they did not do pediatric CPR. When we contacted them about this we were told their is nothing they can do for us.
