I cannot believe this company has 5 star reviews. They do not answer/return emails or phone calls, they continue to send someone out every week despite asking for a service change more than 15 times, and I keep getting billed over and over for things I do not receive! After the sales team was out, there is no communication and of course, the people that sold me this garbage contract are no longer with the sales team.
