Very nice people here. If you are a semi driver and delivering a load here, their unloaded don’t get in until 10 and leave between 19-2000. Also, won’t exactly get in a dock, they will have you pull in and straighten in and unload you in parking lot, you than can back into the dock to back in and go out. They are 1st driveway on the RHS.
This company is like roaches. You don't want them, but to get rid of them, you'll have to call in the professionals. They have consistently made mistakes in billing, which has been seriously painful on my end during COVID. If you're thinking about using them, think twice.
I have had 2 other uniform/janitorial services in our area and CINTAS is by far the best. Other companies pride on their prices, but prices aren't always better. They would go up on cost after a few months of our "contract" and change our clothes to a much less quality without notice. CINTAS always has very friendly service whether it's in person or on the phone. I choose quality over a slightly smaller price tag any day for our business.
