When signing the contract with the sales people they said it was a one year contract. That was a lie and we are now stuck paying for 4 years which supposedly is their minimum. The contract also allows for the prices to increase. If I was able to get out of the contract when I was told I would not be leaving a low review, but it is terrible business practice for the sales team to lie.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful towards customers. We would be better off weaving our own uniforms. By far the worst vendor I have worked with in my 10+ years of management.
