I hate leaving a one-star review, but being held hostage in a contract that makes no sense for my business is incredibly frustrating. I’m now stuck storing boxes, even though I communicated from the start that I didn’t have the space for storage…which was the whole reason their service seemed like a good fit. The salesperson didn’t tell us it was a five-year contract, and there was no mention of a minimum invoice amount or that prices could change at any time. When signing the contract with the sales people they said it was a one year contract. That was a lie and we are now stuck paying for 4 years which supposedly is their minimum. The contract also allows for the prices to increase. If I was able to get out of the contract when I was told I would not be leaving a low review, but it is terrible business practice for the sales team to lie.
