the place is full of trash
If you want to wait over a month for maintenance to show up, have only 1 parking guest pass that you must pay $5 per day, an office that 99% of the time doesn't answer your call, shootings, non existant security THIS your your dream home. I have even recently had to spend my own money on traps, poisons, etc because it's been almost 2 months now and the office has yet to send an exterminator to take care of the issue.
