the first night we were there the maintenance people to spray in our apartment came in, which wasnt told to us prior at all… so i was barely dressed and they already had the door open without me even knowing they were coming. i didn’t really talk to any of the other tenants, but unfortunately, I lived on the second floor and I could constantly hear people outside complaining about the place (About roaches and rats) or neighbors blasting music. DO NOT MOVE HERE...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! SERIOUSLY, DO NOT COME HERE BY ANY MEANS. YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISRESPECTED AND LIVE IN FILTH/RATS/ROACHES etc., AGAIN, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, NOT WORTH LIVING IN A NIGHTMARE, YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
The cinnamon lake has a very nasty lease manager everything she's asking for we asking her to put it in writing and she refuses to give it she's asking for your bank account info when all you need is paycheck stubs and statements
I've had no problems here maintenance men are very nice and my building is quiet and no drama
